Digital Goods Policy Because our sheet music is delivered instantly as a digital PDF download, all sales are final. Our refund policy strictly follows the global standards for digital goods.

Eligibility for Refunds Our order process and financial returns are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are generally only granted under the following conditions:

• The digital file has not yet been downloaded or accessed.

• There is a severe technical defect with the PDF file that prevents you from using it.

Once a PDF has been successfully downloaded, you waive your right to a cancellation or refund, as the digital good has been irrevocably delivered.

How to Request a Refund If you experience a technical issue with your file, or if you purchased a file by mistake and have not downloaded it, please reply directly to your Lemon Squeezy email receipt, or contact me directly at auramusicaeditions@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase for technical assistance or to initiate a refund request.
